Refund & Return Policy

Black Flag Antiquities deals in collectible coins, antiquities, artifacts, shipwreck material, and other unique or one-of-a-kind historical items. Because each piece is singular and cannot be replaced or restocked, purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or differences in personal preference regarding surface, toning, or wear.

Every listing includes detailed photography, measurements where applicable, and an honest description of condition and attribution. We encourage collectors to review the listing carefully and to contact us with any question before buying. We are glad to provide additional photographs or information on request.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us promptly with photographs and your order number and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Nothing in this policy removes, waives, or limits any right or remedy you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
