Black Flag Antiquities offers authentic historical material, including Spanish colonial coins, shipwreck recoveries, arms, and maritime artifacts. Items are described as accurately as possible from research and direct examination. Where an attribution is uncertain, it is stated as such on the listing.

Nearly every piece is unique and available in a single example. Availability and prices may change without notice, and an order may be cancelled and refunded in full if an item is found to be unavailable or listed in error.

Orders are placed and paid through Shopify's secure checkout. Black Flag Antiquities does not collect or store payment card details. A sale is confirmed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.

Offers submitted through the site are invitations to negotiate and are not binding on either party until accepted in writing and paid for through checkout.

All sales are final, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. See the Refund and Return Policy for details.
